Purchased 2 more buildings dedicated for rubber production. Factory B was completed and started production at the end of 2011. Factory A was a completely new four-floor building under construction.
2004
Built the 2nd factory in Vietnam for material warehouse, CNC mold shop (start with 4 sets of CNC milling, 3 sets of CNC lathe, and grinding machines,..), dorm for staff.
1999
Established new factory in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam which became Factory one. The lot size was 10,000 m2, and the building was 15,000 m2.

Chen Family bought out other shareholders and hold 100% TUICO’s shares.

Developed printer blades for high-speed color laser printers.
1991
Built on the huge success of copy machine cleaning blade, TUICO started making cleaning blades for laser printers.
1982
Alone with 2 companies from Japan, TUICO supplied laser printer Cleaning Blades to the US market and earned great reputation.
1981
Purchased new Swiss-made CNC machine. TUICO became the world’s first manufacturer that use Swiss CNC machine to make O-ring molds.

Started to produce synthetic rubber o-rings. Setup a R&D lab for production.

Started producing aftermarket cleaning blades for copy machines.
1975
Developed Roller skate wheel and skate board wheel. TUICO was the number one manufacture in the world with a huge capacity of 10 tens per day.
1973
Started producing skate board wheel.
1970
Began to use Polyurethane material from Dupont , USA with brand name ADIPRENE, which is for high abrasion, oil resistance industrial parts.
1965
Changed company name to Taiwan Urethanecast Industrial Company. Started to produce higher harness (55 ~ 65 share A) PU wheel, industrial roll, and parking sheet. Developed PU Squeegee for screen printing.
Certified by Bayer Co. for Vulkollan brand name usage. 2 most successful products were Vulkollan roller for False Twiste Machine in textile industry and PU Friction Disc.
1960
Founded CPK Group in Taipei, Taiwan. Started producing low hardness (15 ~ 50 share A) polyurethane printing roller with technique and raw material (Vulkollan) from Bayer Company Germany.
